Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Teleresearch Associate who will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and updating business information within all calling campaigns.  Information verification and updates include: business name, address, phone number(s), employee size, key personnel, e-mail address, website, line of business, plus additional company demographics.

• Contact companies across the country via phone to verify and gather business information by utilizing scripted guidelines.
• Enter updates or corrections to business information to ensure an accurate database.
• Maintain 99 percent accuracy rate on updates and corrections to meet company quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in voice. Preferably voice experience in finance.
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of the English language.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
• Excellent analytical ability with a logical approach towards problem solving.
