Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites to ensure high coverage and reliability.
- Assist junior team members in understanding automation frameworks and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience with scripting languages and automation frameworks to develop and maintain test scripts.
- Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to design, develop, and execute automated test cases for various application types.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to integrate automated tests.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging automation failures to ensure smooth test execution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
