Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle concepts related to testing.
- Capability to work with version control systems and collaborate effectively within agile teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
