Test Lead - Data Automation

Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and implementation of test data creation processes using various test data provisioning methods, such as data masking, sub setting, and synthetic data generation, leveraging tools like GenRocket. 2. Work closely with testing and development teams to understand test data requirements and ensure they are met. 3. Design and implement test data strategies to support testing activities, including data refreshes and environment synchronization. 4. Ensure test data is created and managed in a secure and compliant manner, adhering to data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and using encryption and tokenization techniques. 5. Manage a team of test data engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed. 6. Identify and resolve complex data quality issues, collaborating with data architects and engineers, and using tools like Talend Data Quality or Informatica Data Quality. 7. Provide leadership and direction on test data management best practices, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data obfuscation techniques. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test data management, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
