Job Description

Experience in Embedded Product Testing (CE/Industrial/Automotive Domain)
Expert knowledge on Testing concepts, test case design, Test execution and V&V models
Hands on experience in test development/execution in HIL & SIL environment
Hands on experience on V&V lifecycle and Test Management areas
Expertise on requirements/Defect management tool – DOORs, JIRA, RTC
Planning and Tracking of Testing activities to Customer
Decision making on project priorities, conflicts and requirements
Team engagement, motivation and competency build-up
Expertise in Metrics / data collection, analysis for the project and status reporting
Quality and risk handling as per the standard process in the organization
Good exposure to Test Automation tools and scripting languages like LabVIEW/Python/CAPL/GTest
Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management processes
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Must be highly collaborative, pragmatic and delivery focused
Testing certifications (ISTQB) would be an added advantage
PMP would be an added advantage Qualifications B.E/B.Tech, in Electronics and Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Instrumentation / Mechatronics
