About You

As a person, you’re a learner, a natural leader – someone who is always reliable, taking initiative to solve problems, and teaming up with others to make things better for all. As a Trade Promotion Specialist, you'll manage promotion claims and process deductions for trade customers. Working independently with guidance from the Trade Promotions Manager, you'll resolve issues promptly and maintain trust with customers. Your problem-solving skills and ability to align customer expectations with company requirements are key. You also…

• Have 3+ years’ experience in Trade Promotion, billing or accounting related functions- such as accounts receivable- Claims and deductions (Finance operations)

• Can maintain a work schedule of 9-hour shifts which includes late night shifts.

• Have High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Have Strong attention to detail, thorough, analytical mindset 

• Can communicate with all functions of the organization and possess the ability to decipher and communicate financial data with key stakeholders

• Have Intermediate Excel skills
