Job Summary
As a Trading Services Analyst within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify trade positions. Your role will involve investigating settlements and focusing on process re-engineering, with a key emphasis on promoting automation and efficiency in our trading operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Upload market data to risk management systems.
- Perform reconciliations against market sources.
- Verify trading positions through control reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve settlement queries.
- Provide solutions for confirmation issues.
- Produce management statistics.
- Complete operations projects.
- Handle ad hoc requests for new initiatives.
- Enhance operations and technology systems.
- Streamline process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate a strong logical/analytical mindset.
- Understand process flows and system linkages.
- Think creatively to improve processes.
- Communicate effectively in writing and speech.
- Work from 10 am to 8 pm.
- Apply analytical skills to problem-solving.
- Hold a BA or BS degree.

- Experience in Finance industry operations.
- Knowledge of VBA.
- Familiarity with new system implementations.
