Job Summary
As an Alternatives Middle Office Vice President within the JPMorgan Wealth Management team, you will support the Investor Community, including Bankers, Investors, and Financial Advisors for Alternative Investments. You will perform middle office functions such as trade capture, client reporting, pricing, and legal review for hedge funds, private equity, and real estate funds. With a strong focus on client service and risk controls, be a part of a team that makes a difference!
Job Responsibilities
- Drive controls execution on legal document review and trade instruction validation.
- Perform supervisory checks on external trade wire payments.
- Manage escalations and engage with Investor Support and Client Service.
- Think strategically to design platform changes with Product and Tech teams.
- Participate in control reviews and audit walkthroughs.
- Engage in people management, including performance reviews.
- Ensure client satisfaction with a strong controls mindset.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Take proactive ownership to achieve goals.
- Analyze and drive process improvements.
