Since 2023, the Global Project Administration Team in India has primarily focused on providing Project Administrator support. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are now opening a new dimension of responsibilities within the team. We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to strengthen our financial operations.
The Role Will Focus On:
- Reviewing accounts payable invoices.
- Ensuring accurate coding to the appropriate expense categories.
- Assessing opportunities to transition recurring expenses into a Purchase Order (PO) model.
Scope:
- The initial requirement is for Germany, with plans to expand support to other countries in the future.
- The primary application used in this role will be Basware. However, there is potential scope to also support as Project Administrator related activities in future.

Position Qualifications:
- MBA in finance or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
