Gracenote seeks a User Experience Designer specializing in Enterprise Application UX to help us grow our media business for both internal and external applications.
What you will do
- Participate in a human-centered design process to create the experience of Gracenote’s B2B products, from concept to execution
- Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity final designs in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- Iterate and refine design concepts based on engagement analytics, customer research findings and evolving industry trends
- Collaborate with a cross functional team of engineers and product managers to align your design solutions with both technical constraints and business goals
- Structure and facilitate ideation sessions and workshops to bring together both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Coordinate with stakeholders to negotiate, prioritize and make trade-offs while working effectively across a broad range of teams, content verticals, technologies and processes
- Identify and track metrics to measure the success of design solutions

The minimum requirements we are seeking for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, experience with web-based Enterprise applications or internal tools a plus
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro and the Google Suite of tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
