Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for US-based clients, including bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, financial reporting, financial statement preparation, invoicing, and client communication. - Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for US-based clients.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Handle month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely reporting.
- Communicate with clients via email and virtual meetings.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of accounting tasks.
- 2–5 years of experience in US Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Xero will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA / CMA (ICWA)
