Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors and needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented correctly

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies
- Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design
- This position is based at our Pune office
- A 15 years full time education is required
