Position Overview:
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our B2B cloud platform. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs. Your expertise in high-fidelity design, wireframes, and tools like Figma and Balsamiq will be essential in crafting seamless user experiences that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Prototyping: Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for our B2B cloud platform, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
- Wireframing: Develop wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and structure.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback and behavior.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
- Design System: Contribute to and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing, continuously improving the user experience and addressing pain points.
- Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design specs, and user flows.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing B2B cloud platforms, preferably within the telecom or networking domain.
- Design Expertise: Strong skills in creating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. Proficiency with Figma and Balsamiq is essential.
- Wireframing: Expertise in developing wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys.
- User-Centered Design: Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve design solutions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.
