As a Vice President within the Employee Relations team, you will focus on enhancing the employee experience and developing best-in-class people practices across the firm. You will be responsible for providing employee relations advice and investigating code of conduct matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, inappropriate behavior, and executive office complaints. Your role ensures proper escalation, engagement, and fairness are delivered across all stakeholder groups.

You will be responsible for providing employee relations advice and investigating code of conduct matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, inappropriate behavior, and executive office complaints. Your role ensures proper escalation, engagement, and fairness are delivered across all stakeholder groups.
Job responsibilities
- Investigating code of conduct related matters. Responsible for reaching Human Resource disciplinary outcomes for assigned employee conduct investigations, including investigations led by Control Partners and Employee Relations;
- Ensure the enquiry and investigation reports meet the highest quality standards and adherence to case management timelines and system requirements;
- Support Employee relations leadership on implementing key country-wide projects around conduct, governance, policy and control;
- Partner with Employee relations leadership in analyzing and providing insights to senior leaders and Human Resource stakeholders on areas of focus and emerging trends, to enable proactive interventions within the organization;
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of services;
- Demonstrate expected behaviors, as well as, identify and escalate issues in a timely manner; to all employees, stakeholders and control partners through effective collaboration and communication;
- Participate in various risk and control initiative, including assisting with regulatory responses on employee conduct matters
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrates success in building strong relationships and trusted advisor status across Legal, Compliance, Global Security, and with Human Resources colleagues;
- Knowledge of Employee Relation practices, procedures, and policies;
- Impeccable judgment and discretion; Excel operationally and have a laser focus on key stakeholder experience - employees, managers, partners; Disciplined and drives for results; actively applies feedback from key stakeholders;
- Actively challenges the status quo and acts as a catalyst for change by decisively adopting innovative ways of working, driving continuous improvement;
- Identifies and understands business trends to improve culture and mitigate risk; Time management and multi-tasking abilities;
- Strong consulting/problem resolution experience with demonstrated ability to influence all employee levels from front line to senior leaders;
- Demonstrates expected risk/controls behaviors by holding self and others accountable to operate within established standards and procedures;
