Overall Responsibilities:
- hands-on experience in VisionPLUS
- Responsible for monitoring and providing solutions for Production and UAT Incidents
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the sub-systems in VisionPLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve issues in the application
- Work independently and escalate if the issue is not resolved on time
- Excellent analysis skills and expertise in issue resolution and providing fixes
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical know-how and solutions to complex business problems
- Understand client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development team
- Provide functional and technical guidance to Business Analysts and Developers
- Assist in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation, testing, and in production
- Aid in the implementation and stabilization of the solution
- High-level understanding of all VisionPLUS subsystems and batch processing
Technical Skills (Category-wise):
VisionPLUS Skills:
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the sub-systems in VisionPLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx)
- High-level understanding of all VisionPLUS subsystems and batch processing
Mainframe Skills:
- Proficiency in Mainframe technologies: JCL, COBOL, VSAM, and CICS
Methodologies:
- Experience with one of the methodologies: Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban
Additional Skills:
- Vision Flex experience is preferable
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in VisionPLUS and mainframe technologies
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Monitor and resolve Production and UAT incidents
- Analyze and solve issues within VisionPLUS subsystems
- Collaborate with teams to provide technical solutions
- Develop and document solution designs based on client requirements
- Provide guidance to Business Analysts and Developers
- Resolve complex issues during implementation, testing, and production
- Ensure timely delivery and stabilization of solutions
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
