ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day as a Waitress at Ballarò, Conrad Dubai:
- Create a warm welcome: Greet guests with genuine warmth and attentive service, setting the tone for a memorable meal.
- Make thoughtful recommendations: Know Ballarò’s menu, specials, and beverage offerings so you can guide guests with confidence and respond to dietary requests with care.
- Serve with precision: Take and enter orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and present food and beverages at the right pace.
- Anticipate the details: Notice when guests need assistance, refresh their drinks, and attend to requests discreetly throughout their meal.
- Prepare for every service: Keep tables and service stations polished, stocked, and organised, ready to welcome the next guest.
- Resolve concerns with grace: Listen carefully, respond promptly, and involve a supervisor when needed to ensure each guest feels cared for.
- Uphold Conrad Dubai’s standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and alcohol awareness procedures to protect guest and team member well-being.
