Supports daily Nostro cash positioning, funding projections, balance monitoring, reconciliations, exception management, and liquidity operations. The role investigates breaks, validates interest charges, escalates risks, coordinates with Treasury and stakeholders, and supports process improvements, account onboarding, and system enhancements. Requires strong analytical, controls, communication, and deadline-management skills, Microsoft Excel macro proficiency, and willingness to work night shifts.

Provides hands-on training across hotel departments, including front office, guest services, housekeeping, and operations. Supports check-ins and check-outs, guest inquiries, room allocations, payments, guest records, event coordination, and complaint resolution. Collaborates with teams to deliver exceptional hospitality while learning hotel procedures, service standards, and property management systems. Requires strong communication, flexibility, English proficiency, basic computer skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Manage daily food and beverage operations across dining outlets, ensuring quality, service excellence, profitability, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction. Lead administrative planning, cost controls, marketing strategies, and continuous service improvements. Supervise, coach, and develop team members while maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards. The role requires hospitality education, 5–7 years of food and beverage operations experience, leadership skills, POS and inventory-management familiarity, and fluent English.
