The Role

Responsibilities:

• Define and govern Workday solution architecture.

• Assess business requirements and design scalable solutions.

• Lead complex enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

• Provide architectural guidance for Workday ecosystem and interfaces.

• Review and approve configuration and design changes.

• Support incident escalations and critical production issues.

• Drive application performance, security, and stability improvements.

• Ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors.

• Mentor functional and technical consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Workday architecture and solution design.

• Expertise across multiple Workday modules.

• Experience with Workday integrations, security, reporting, and extensibility.

• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture.

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms.

• Knowledge of AMS delivery, ITIL processes, and governance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
