Lead hands-on ISO 27001 efforts, drive certification and controls assurance, test operational effectiveness, identify and report security weaknesses, manage vulnerability remediation, maintain IT security policies and compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, NIST CSF), prepare risk reports, and engage stakeholders and auditors.

Lead and execute IT, security, and operational audits; assess risks and controls; identify control gaps and improvement opportunities; produce audit findings and reports for senior management; consult on remediation, track action plans, conduct risk assessments and business monitoring, and support global audit teams and stakeholder engagements.

Lead development of cryptographic services for payment switching: design, implement, and automate secure, high-volume, low-latency systems using Java/Spring and event-driven platforms; implement session key derivation, HSM integration, CI/CD pipelines, cloud/on-prem automation, and maintain code quality and performance.
