Design, build, and operate large-scale data lakehouse platforms and data products. Partner with business and engineering teams to develop data pipelines, models, and governance; participate in agile ceremonies, architectural discussions, and CI/CD practices to ensure scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Design and implement scalable end-to-end data pipelines and storage schemas across cloud and on-prem platforms. Define reference architectures and engineering standards, ensure governance/security/compliance by design, optimize performance for large datasets, and mentor/lead global teams using Python/Java, SQL, Spark, Databricks, and related data platforms.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale batch, streaming, and near-real-time data pipelines and platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark). Ensure data quality, governance, security (PCI/PII), orchestration (Airflow, ADF, NiFi), secure file transfers, monitoring, and support for analytics and ML initiatives across global teams.

Design, build, and scale cloud-native data and BI solutions on Databricks and Snowflake. Develop high-performance data pipelines, enable multi-cloud interoperability (AWS/Azure), implement governance and secure access patterns, maintain CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for platform provisioning, and lead technical design while mentoring engineers.

Lead recurring reporting and metrics for global people operations, partnering with People Analytics to build scalable reports and visualizations. Validate people data integrity, support BAU HR programs (performance management, talent reviews, surveys), translate technical analyses for non-technical leaders, and reduce ad-hoc requests by creating consistent analytics solutions while ensuring data governance and privacy.

Lead GBSC data engineering and analytics initiatives: design data/ETL infrastructure, implement automation, enable large-scale structured and unstructured data analysis, manage team delivery, and communicate insights to influence business decisions.
