Regional Senior Accountant for EEMEA responsible for accounting, tax compliance, statutory and management reporting, rebates and incentives, and external audits. Partners with GBSC and tax teams, implements controls and accounting processes, supports new office setups and banking administration, and provides accounting advice and training.

Lead global lease accounting activities to ensure compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16. Oversee month/quarter/year close, ROU assets, lease liabilities, reconciliations, disclosures, audits, and system enhancements. Partner with Real Estate, Controllership, and Finance teams; drive process improvements, controls, automation, and lead a team of accounting professionals.

Manage accounting and revenue acceptance for contra revenue (rebates, incentives, advisor services, waivers, clawbacks). Review and approve advisor funds, run Salesforce reports, capture financials in CRS, lead country accrual reviews, prepare journal entries and GL reconciliations, perform variance analysis and metric reporting, and support projects and quarterly reporting.

Lead balance sheet reconciliation operations across entities: oversee reconciliations, enforce quality and SOX controls, investigate and post adjustments, administer reconciliation platform, prepare reporting, support audits, and manage the reconciliation team and stakeholders.

Manage accounting and revenue acceptance for contra revenue (rebates, incentives, advisors, waivers, clawbacks). Review and approve funds availability, run Salesforce reports, capture deals into CRS, lead country calls, manage month-end close and journal entries, prepare GL reconciliations, variance analysis, analytics, quarterly reporting, and support rebate/incentive projects and process improvements.

Manage accounting for rebates and incentives including revenue recognition, expense recording, monthly close, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP, policy development, controls, and audit support across regions and business units.

Lead accounting, statutory and financial reporting for Eastern Europe entities; manage external audits; strengthen controls; ensure month/quarter close accuracy; oversee intercompany reconciliations and treasury support; assist new office setups, tax and regulatory compliance, and region-wide controllership projects.

Manage complex record-to-report accounting activities, prepare and review financial statements, support SOX and control improvements, analyze financial performance, partner with business stakeholders and auditors, and lead process improvements to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Lead the record-to-report function for global business services: oversee month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, fixed assets, accruals, process improvement, automation, and stakeholder engagement while building and mentoring a high-performing accounting team.

Support bank administration and treasury processes across global teams: execute treasury policies, standardize and automate bank admin tasks, handle account openings/closures for M&A and core business, assist SOX/audit and KYC/signatory updates, produce ad hoc reporting, and coordinate with treasury, tax, legal, and banks.
