Leads enterprise multimedia operations across lifecycle refreshes, AV technology ownership, service delivery, events, incident and problem management, vendor coordination, and transformational initiatives. Provides advanced technical support for video conferencing, room scheduling, wireless content sharing, digital signage, networking, and collaboration platforms. The role requires strong JavaScript and TypeScript expertise, UI testing with Cypress and Playwright, CI/CD experience, state management, REST integration, responsive design, and Agile delivery practices.

Owns reporting and analytics for Mastercard’s Product Express platform. Translates stakeholder needs into scalable dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions; monitors adoption and performance; analyzes data; and recommends operational improvements.
