The role also requires data quality, lineage, governance, orchestration, cloud data engineering, and collaboration with EMR vendors and MIPS advisors.

Monitors and maintains enterprise network environments, troubleshoots outages, configures routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN, and performs upgrades, tuning, capacity planning, and security configuration. The role partners with Sales leadership, supports users, manages marketing technology and spend, and delivers recurring performance reports in a remote environment.

Manage information security compliance and operational initiatives, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA programs; coordinate audits, evidence, policies, controls, risk remediation, vendor assessments, access reviews, vulnerability management, incident response, security awareness, and business continuity activities. Lead ambiguous technical initiatives through planning, stakeholder coordination, implementation, and completion while serving as a key contact for auditors and business partners.

Senior System Administrator responds to technical support requests via phone/email/chat, troubleshoots desktops, servers, network printing, Exchange/Office365, Active Directory, backups, SAN/NAS, SQL and Intune; performs move/add/change tasks, resolves escalations, trains users, and collaborates cross-functionally.
