Lead design and delivery of enterprise Linux platform and virtualization solutions, translating business and security requirements into architectures. Hands-on responsibilities include KVM/libvirt and VMware design, HPE VM Essentials/Morpheus deployment, advanced Linux administration, storage and networking integration, automation scripting, validation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure production readiness and operational stability.

Provide Level 3 escalation and expert technical support for enterprise IT infrastructure across multi-client data centre environments. Design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/NSX), storage, backups, Active Directory, and hybrid Azure/Microsoft 365 systems. Standardize configurations, document SOPs, automate provisioning and patching, collaborate with network/security teams, mentor junior engineers, and lead Tiger Team projects.

Senior System Administrator responds to technical support requests via phone/email/chat, troubleshoots desktops, servers, network printing, Exchange/Office365, Active Directory, backups, SAN/NAS, SQL and Intune; performs move/add/change tasks, resolves escalations, trains users, and collaborates cross-functionally. Participates in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work.
