Responsibilities include fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, optimizing context windows, and deploying reliable AI applications.

Supports project planning, scheduling, execution, documentation, meetings, status reporting, risk tracking, milestone management, budget tracking, procurement coordination, and timesheet administration. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains project dashboards and trackers, follows up on action items, and ensures compliance with PMO standards to support timely, in-scope delivery.

Monitor and improve digital employee experience through Nexthink by analyzing endpoint, application, network, and user metrics. Identify emerging issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop corrective actions, and create automated remediation workflows for VPN, application, device, patching, and compliance problems. Gather employee feedback, conduct sentiment analysis, and partner with service owners to improve productivity and reduce incidents.
