Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, semantic search layers, data processing solutions, dimensional data models, and scalable AI workloads. Work with structured and unstructured data, LLMs, vector databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and ML observability. Responsibilities include fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, optimizing context windows, and deploying reliable AI applications.

Own the day-to-day operation and optimization of Anovia’s outbound marketing engine. Responsibilities include HubSpot administration, CRM governance, email deliverability, campaign and nurture copy, paid media monitoring, multi-channel reporting, funnel attribution, data targeting, vendor coordination, brand and web governance, and LinkedIn outbound coordination. The role partners with Sales leadership, supports users, manages marketing technology and spend, and delivers recurring performance reports in a remote environment.

Provide voice and email technical support, manage incidents according to ITIL processes, and troubleshoot various hardware and software issues.
