Design and produce track alignment designs, including switches, crossovers, platforms, track bed and gauging analysis. Create models, drawings, calculations, reports and BIM-compliant deliverables using rail design software. Coordinate with senior engineers, support graduates, and follow regulations, quality plans and industry standards throughout project delivery.

Lead and grow the Global Excellence Centre Advisory team, drive delivery across investment advisory, sustainability, supply chain and transformation projects, mentor leaders, support bids, manage budgets, risks, quality, and promote digitalization, standardization and HS&W best practices across regions.

Lead and deliver ecological assessments and desk studies, coordinate surveys, produce EIA and biodiversity reports, support licence applications and mitigation design, manage medium-to-large projects, mentor and train team members, and collaborate with UK-based teams across time zones.

Provide technical ownership for Oracle Cloud applications: support, maintenance, enhancements, integrations, vendor validation, and quarterly update testing. Lead design and delivery of automated data pipelines and integrated digital platforms. Own end-to-end solutions, define architecture across data pipelines, APIs, backend services and web frontends, drive adoption of Azure/Databricks/Python toolchain, mentor teams, ensure performance, security, and scalability, and engage stakeholders to translate business needs into production digital solutions.

Provide L1 production support for Oracle applications and extension layers: monitor services, triage incidents, coordinate code migrations/releases, validate deployments, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, track trends, and support continuous improvement and SOP/KBA creation.

Lead design, development, and support of enterprise full-stack applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and vendors; build APIs and responsive UIs; maintain CI/CD pipelines; ensure secure, scalable integrations; manage releases, incident resolution, and technical documentation.

Provide production support for Oracle applications and extensions: monitor services, triage L1 incidents, coordinate code migrations and releases, validate deployments, run smoke tests, collaborate with integration teams, and support continuous improvement and automation.
