Supports the COO Office strategy by leading strategic initiatives, developing program plans, managing stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional transformation efforts. Runs the PMO through governance, schedules, benefit tracking, dashboards, reporting, meetings, and action follow-up. Focuses on global quality, standardization, automation, operational excellence, and business transformation while working with senior leaders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Manage, verify, and coordinate mechanical BIM models and drawings for water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include developing BIM execution plans, producing Revit and Plant 3D models, coordinating multidisciplinary designs, performing quality assurance and interdisciplinary checks, supporting design teams, and ensuring compliance with project schedules, standards, health and safety requirements, and client feedback. The role covers projects from concept through construction delivery, including treatment plants, pumping stations, pipework, drainage, and flood protection facilities.

Supports UK and international geoenvironmental and geotechnical consulting projects by preparing environmental site assessment reports, reviewing geological and geotechnical data, processing ground investigation records, creating GIS/CAD outputs, interpreting findings, and contributing to technical documentation. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, maintains project records, and delivers assigned work according to quality, safety, budget, and deadline requirements.

Creates, edits, verifies, and maintains piping and instrumentation diagrams using AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and CADWorx. Generates project drawings, updates layouts, maintains P&ID libraries and templates, and ensures compliance with engineering standards, cGMP, safety requirements, and project specifications. Collaborates with engineers and designers while delivering work within budget and schedule constraints.

Leads global Health, Safety, and Wellbeing assurance, compliance, risk, audits, emergency preparedness, value-chain governance, data strategy, reporting, and technology initiatives. Maintains policies, risk registers, incident processes, supplier standards, dashboards, and analytics while partnering with operations, legal, procurement, quality, IT, and senior leadership across global regions. Manages HSW systems including Cority, drives process standardization, and supervises team delivery.

Provide technical ownership for Oracle Cloud applications: support, maintenance, enhancements, integrations, vendor validation, and quarterly update testing. Collaborate with product owners, integration and infrastructure teams to design, build, document, and test solutions following best practices and continuous improvement principles.

Lead and deliver ecological assessments and desk studies, coordinate surveys, produce EIA and biodiversity reports, support licence applications and mitigation design, manage medium-to-large projects, mentor and train team members, and collaborate with UK-based teams across time zones.

Lead technical delivery of ecological consultancy for UK projects: author EIAs and BNG reports, manage and mentor an 8–10 person team, secure business, design and supervise species and habitat surveys, apply UK/EU legislation, use GIS/R/AI tools for data collection and analysis, ensure H&S and biosecurity, and engage clients and regulators to drive digital innovation and quality assurance.

Design, build, and govern HSW data solutions and analytics; deploy AI and automation into HSW processes; produce Power BI dashboards and regular reports; support Cority operations; drive data strategy, governance, and actionable insights to improve safety and operations.

Provide L1 production support for Oracle applications and extension layers: monitor services, triage incidents, coordinate code migrations/releases, validate deployments, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, track trends, and support continuous improvement and SOP/KBA creation.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native microservices and automations on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using Python. Manage application lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes clusters; integrate with Oracle services (Autonomous DB, OIC, ORDS); perform observability, incident response, security reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation. Collaborate with business users, OTE teams, and vendors.

Lead design, development, and support of enterprise full-stack applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and vendors; build APIs and responsive UIs; maintain CI/CD pipelines; ensure secure, scalable integrations; manage releases, incident resolution, and technical documentation.

Provide production support for Oracle applications and extensions: monitor services, triage L1 incidents, coordinate code migrations and releases, validate deployments, run smoke tests, collaborate with integration teams, and support continuous improvement and automation.

Develop and implement global diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) programs; advise leadership and HR partners; deliver training and engagement; support employee resource groups; define DEIB metrics, reporting, and initiatives to embed inclusive practices across the organization.
