Develop and maintain reports using SSIS/SSRS and Power BI, support data pipelines, perform database performance tuning, and assist integration of AI/ML features. Collaborate with global clients under mentorship to support ERP solutions and data-driven decision making.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for enterprise applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, API (REST/SOAP) and database (SQL) testing. Maintain test scripts, track defects in Azure DevOps/Jira, produce test reports/dashboards, and support CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to QA process improvements and support non-functional and data migration testing when required.
