Provides product and technical support for Microsoft Teams and related collaboration and voice technologies. Troubleshoots meetings, live events, voice, federation, identity, networking, hybrid Skype for Business deployments, and Teams devices. Uses diagnostic tools and knowledge of Microsoft 365, virtualization, web technologies, and enterprise telephony platforms to resolve customer issues. Requires fluent English and at least three years of product, customer support, or technical support experience.

Provides technical and product support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint farm environments. Responsibilities include managing site collections and permissions, troubleshooting connectivity, authentication, integration, and configuration issues, and supporting identity solutions such as ADFS, DirSync, AADSync, and single sign-on. The role also requires diagnosing networking and browser-related issues using specialized troubleshooting tools and communicating fluently in English.

Provide product and technical support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environments. Manage mailboxes, retention policies, compliance features, mail flow, disaster recovery, migrations, reporting, logging, and messaging policies across on-premises and cloud systems. Troubleshoot identity, networking, web, and single sign-on issues using specialized diagnostic tools. The role requires fluent English and at least three years of product, customer, or technical support experience.
