Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and supports system software and embedded devices from requirements through deployment. Provides application and end-user support, integrates third-party components, performs root cause analysis across networks and operating systems, resolves escalated software issues, reviews code and test documentation, and collaborates with stakeholders. The role includes limited after-hours and on-call support.

Supports organizational decision-making through complex data analysis, reporting, forecasting, dashboard development, and business intelligence initiatives. Analyzes large datasets across multiple systems, develops SQL-based reports and tools, identifies data-quality issues, improves and automates processes, and presents insights and recommendations. Collaborates with stakeholders, leads cross-functional initiatives, mentors team members, develops best practices, and contributes to KPI and methodology development.

Leads an integrated data, AI, analytics, and product engineering organization. Owns strategy, roadmaps, architecture, technical standards, production service levels, AI governance, client relationships, budgets, hiring, and organizational growth. Directs delivery of data platforms, dashboards, machine learning models, generative AI solutions, and full-stack applications while ensuring measurable business value, operational stability, responsible AI practices, and strong stakeholder governance.
