Own India’s regional marketing strategy and pipeline target, partnering with sales and central marketing teams to drive demand, campaigns, events, ABM, partner initiatives, and localized content. Diagnose performance gaps, use market intelligence and campaign data to optimize investment, translate Atlassian’s AI and platform story for local audiences, and report regional performance. The role requires strategic ownership, cross-functional influence, AI fluency, and strong B2B SaaS marketing experience.

Provides technical leadership for complex full-stack engineering initiatives from design through launch. Owns architecture decisions, establishes engineering standards, leads cross-team projects, champions technical excellence, shares best practices, mentors engineers, and considers customer impact. The role requires deep experience building reliable, secure, observable systems at scale and familiarity with A/B testing.

Owns operational excellence and engagement for Atlassian’s APAC Champion program. Responsibilities include managing program systems, documentation, metrics, surveys, feedback, CRM and rewards projects, enablement initiatives, escalations, community communications, virtual events, regional reporting, and an annual regional event. The role builds relationships with Champions, supports user groups and content creation, enforces program guidelines, and partners with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
