Provides technical and operational support for the Availity Extend platform and integrations. Responsibilities include incident and alert handling, application/API/authentication troubleshooting, root cause analysis, ServiceNow ticket documentation, escalation coordination, API validation, production release testing, knowledge-base maintenance, customer communication, and continuous improvement. The role works with engineering, product, Salesforce, cloud operations, NOC, customer success, and client integration teams in a fast-paced, global support environment.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/IRM/GRC/CSM/etc.) in a FedRAMP environment. Build workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP/MID/Integration Hub), maintain CMDB health, lead DevOps/CI-CD and ATF, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, manage upgrades/patches, ensure platform security/compliance, and provide on-call production support.

Lead the User & Organization platform owning identity, access, and org lifecycle for a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS. Define roadmap, drive discovery, prioritize backlog, partner with engineering on APIs and RBAC, ensure NIST/HIPAA/HITRUST alignment, and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver IAL/AAL-compliant identity and provisioning services.

Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle delivery for interoperable prior authorization solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert on FHIR and related standards, CMS mandates, medical necessity workflows, and payer-provider interoperability. Collaborate with engineering, data, delivery, clients, vendors, sales, and marketing teams to define requirements, lead pilots and launches, establish KPIs, and provide demos and thought leadership. Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with industry needs and business goals.

Leads end-to-end product strategy, discovery, delivery, and optimization for healthcare products serving providers, payers, and partners. Owns multi-quarter roadmaps, customer and market research, product metrics, prioritization, and cross-functional execution. Partners with engineering, design, QA, data, sales, and operations while managing and mentoring product managers. Requires strong healthcare technology experience, strategic decision-making, stakeholder influence, and accountability for measurable business outcomes.

Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for User & Organization platform capabilities. Lead IAM, RBAC, authentication, and developer-facing APIs. Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and customers to deliver secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS identity and access solutions, and drive metrics, prioritization, and Agile delivery.

Lead L3 escalation and run a 24x7 NOC shift for multi-cloud infrastructure. Manage incident command, proactive monitoring, alert tuning, Terraform automation, Kubernetes/EKS operations, cloud networking, database availability, and mentor L2 engineers to reduce MTTD/MTTR.

Provide 24x7 cloud infrastructure monitoring and incident response across AWS/Azure. Triage P1-P4 incidents, troubleshoot networking, DNS, load balancing, and platform services, support EKS workloads, maintain monitoring dashboards, document incidents in ITSM, and drive operational improvements via automation and RCA.

Lead product strategy, modernization, and delivery for Availity's Core Solutions portfolio. Manage product managers, prioritize roadmaps, ensure operational reliability, drive customer experience improvements, and partner across engineering, UX, operations, and commercial teams to modernize platform capabilities while maintaining stability and compliance.

Act as the product owner for Clearinghouse & Gateway Platform, translating product vision into delivery. Drive feature strategy, backlog prioritization, cross-functional execution, data-driven decisions, release readiness, and platform innovation in high-volume healthcare transaction environments.
