Lead product strategy, modernization, and delivery for Availity's Core Solutions portfolio. Manage product managers, prioritize roadmaps, ensure operational reliability, drive customer experience improvements, and partner across engineering, UX, operations, and commercial teams to modernize platform capabilities while maintaining stability and compliance.

Act as the product owner for Clearinghouse & Gateway Platform, translating product vision into delivery. Drive feature strategy, backlog prioritization, cross-functional execution, data-driven decisions, release readiness, and platform innovation in high-volume healthcare transaction environments.

Engineer and own Azure Virtual Desktop platform at scale: design, deploy, and optimize AVD architecture, golden images, networking, Intune policies, automation (PowerShell/Bicep/Terraform), monitoring (Log Analytics/Power BI), security (Entra ID/Conditional Access), and documentation. Provide incident support, mentor teams, and drive reliability, performance, and lifecycle management for large enterprise environments.

Provide inbound/outbound international customer support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing; log and document interactions; troubleshoot issues; perform data entry and validation; follow process and information security standards; meet productivity and quality targets.

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices in Java; deploy containerized applications on AWS EKS; work with Aurora/PostgreSQL, Redis; troubleshoot production issues; contribute to architecture and CI/CD.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/IRM/GRC/CSM/etc.) in a FedRAMP environment. Build workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP/MID/Integration Hub), maintain CMDB health, lead DevOps/CI-CD and ATF, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, manage upgrades/patches, ensure platform security/compliance, and provide on-call production support.

Lead architecture strategy for enterprise-scale, cloud-native healthcare platforms. Design scalable microservices, APIs, event-driven integrations, and drive cloud migration, platform modernization, security/compliance (HIPAA/PHI/PII), observability, resiliency, and engineering best practices while mentoring senior engineers and governing design decisions.

Lead 1–2 engineering teams to deliver cloud-based healthcare applications. Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. Drive Agile practices, hiring, career development, metrics, technical debt reduction, and collaboration with product, architects, and stakeholders to ensure high uptime, test coverage, and on-time delivery.
