Analyze an existing on-premises HPCM solution, design and build a new ePCM data model using a revised Chart of Accounts, develop allocation methodologies, rule sets, validation rules, and integrations through OIC or native data integration. Provide system integration testing and user acceptance testing support, followed by go-live assistance and two weeks of hypercare.

Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demonstrations, manage objections, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle. The Account Executive manages inbound leads, maintains pipeline accuracy, forecasts revenue, nurtures future opportunities, closes deals, and collaborates with marketing and customer success on onboarding. The role also contributes to repeatable sales playbooks and conversion improvements while meeting quota, deal velocity, and retention-related goals.

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features across frontend, backend, and database layers. Design scalable architectures for high-traffic fundraising campaigns, improve performance and reliability, debug production issues, and collaborate with product and design teams. The role addresses payments, donor experience, campaign scaling, database performance, and developer efficiency while balancing rapid delivery with maintainable code.
