Leads full-cycle recruiting and regional People Operations for BusPatrol’s India organization. Responsibilities include technical talent acquisition, hiring strategy, sourcing, interview and offer management, recruiting analytics, process improvement, agency and vendor management, onboarding, compliance support, and establishment of a new Hyderabad office. Partners with global People, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations teams to support India workforce expansion.

Supports India People Operations and workplace activities, including office management, employee lifecycle processes, new hire readiness, onboarding, equipment and access coordination, People data, documentation, reporting, employee communications, and vendor coordination. Partners with IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and global teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, improve processes, and deliver a reliable employee experience.
