Leads the design, development, integration, and enhancement of IDE platforms and developer tooling. Owns plugins, extensions, integrations, coding workflows, build and debugging capabilities, testing, source control, deployment, automation, and developer productivity improvements. Partners with engineering, architecture, DevOps, platform, security, and product teams; makes technical architecture decisions; establishes engineering standards; and mentors engineers across complex tooling initiatives.

Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services, REST APIs, and microservices. Support Kubernetes migration, Docker deployments, CI/CD execution, testing, troubleshooting, application enhancements, and production issue investigation. Collaborate with developers, SDET engineers, and technical leads in Agile sprint delivery. The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Kubernetes, databases, unit testing, and backend integrations, with payments, Kafka, Helm, and cloud experience preferred.

Lead Java backend modernization and Kubernetes migration initiatives. Design and develop resilient microservices, REST APIs, integrations, and deployment strategies. Provide technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, oversee CI/CD and containerized deployments, coordinate regional releases, optimize performance, manage observability, and troubleshoot production issues while ensuring secure coding, testing, and engineering standards.
