Leads quality assurance for US criminal background verification operations. Oversees audit coverage, feedback closure, calibration sessions, auditor coaching, certification, compliance with FCRA and reporting restrictions, defect analysis, CAPA, dashboards, and stakeholder escalations. The role validates court records, dispositions, identifiers, reportability decisions, and audit trails while driving accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across the quality team.

Provides L1/L2 desktop and endpoint support, including device setup, onboarding, troubleshooting, remote assistance, imaging, asset tracking, and access provisioning. Maintains endpoint security, patching, encryption, and compliance controls while monitoring SIEM/EDR alerts. Supports incident response, vulnerability remediation, phishing and malware investigations, cloud security reviews, documentation, and coordination with infrastructure and security teams. This hybrid role is based in New Delhi and requires office attendance two days weekly.

Implements, maintains, upgrades, monitors, and troubleshoots server infrastructure across operating systems, storage, virtualization, email, Active Directory, and cloud environments. Develops standards, procedures, documentation, and disaster recovery practices; supports users through tickets and direct assistance; manages equipment procurement and installation subcontractors; participates in projects; and provides on-call and remote support.

Review, validate, and process vaccination and immunization records for background screening. Verify document authenticity and completeness, update internal systems, meet SLAs, escalate exceptions, perform quality checks, and maintain data privacy and compliance while working non-voice, back-office shifts.

Research and verify public records across US local, state, and federal court portals. Review court dockets, interpret charge levels, case types, and dispositions. Enter findings into internal systems, meet SLAs and quality standards, handle sensitive data confidentially, and escalate ambiguous cases.

Perform employment and education verifications for US background screening: contact employers and institutions, validate designation/tenure/qualifications, document results, follow US compliance and escalation protocols, meet TAT, productivity and quality targets, and maintain strict confidentiality.
