Provide high-level administrative support to CTC Global executives: manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel and visitors, process invoices and credit card expenditures, maintain confidential files (including commercial contracts), prepare meeting spaces, and run special projects while collaborating across departments.

Prepare, audit, and process export/import documentation to ensure on-time, compliant international shipments. Coordinate with forwarders, banks, and internal teams; manage Letters of Credit, AES filing, commercial invoices, and export compliance.

Administer and secure enterprise IT and OT environments across sites, supporting Windows Server, virtualization, networking, cloud (Azure/M365), PLC/SCADA integrations, backups, DR, segmentation and Zero Trust initiatives. Provide Tier 2/3 escalation, network/OT troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, compliance support, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and manufacturing teams to maintain production uptime.
