Lead solution design and delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce. Own architecture, integrations, data ingestion/identity, and build AI-powered Agentforce solutions. Mentor engineering teams, present technical decisions to stakeholders, and ensure data quality, reconciliation, and reporting integration with BI tools.

Produce case studies, graphics and slides; partner with editors for copy editing and proofreading; perform QA to meet SLAs; conduct industry and customer research and competitive analyses; deliver standard reports and support pitches using intelligence tools; manage global multi-market project requirements and lead team members to deliver on time.

Design, execute, and automate functional, regression, integration, and system tests. Create test cases, log and track defects, analyze root causes, collaborate with developers and product teams, maintain QA documentation, and perform API and non-functional testing to ensure product quality and stability.
