Manage a software engineering team, including hiring, coaching, retention, development planning, and succession readiness. Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and models on GCP; integrate, cleanse, and prepare large datasets; implement data quality checks and security best practices; troubleshoot data issues; mentor junior data engineers and review their work.

Own technical product backlogs and prioritize value-driven work for engineering and QA teams. Translate legacy batch processing and database workflows to GCP, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage capacity and velocity, coordinate dependencies, remove blockers, and create technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mapping documents. Partner with architects, technical leads, business stakeholders, and product teams across complex financial data platforms.

Maintain infrastructure as code across public clouds, deploy and troubleshoot Kubernetes microservices, automate remediation and CI/CD workflows, manage observability dashboards and alerts, and participate in a 24/7 incident response rotation. Collaborate with development teams on outage analysis, postmortems, and preventative reliability improvements.

Develops and maintains automated functional and non-functional test suites using Python, Pytest, and API testing tools. Creates test strategies, plans, cases, harnesses, and infrastructure; integrates automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; performs functional, performance, and resilience testing; documents and tracks defects in Jira and Zephyr; and collaborates with engineering and product teams to improve software quality, testability, and risk mitigation.

Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain cloud-native, high-scale applications and microservices. Integrate systems, participate in architecture and sprint ceremonies, triage and resolve production issues, and collaborate on scalability and CI/CD/infrastructure-as-code solutions.

Manage uptime across cloud-native and hybrid architectures, build IaC with Terraform and cloud SDKs, create CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and runbooks, triage incidents, perform on-call incident response, lead postmortems, and improve system reliability and MTTR.

Lead design, build, and production deployment of agentic AI systems on GCP. Architect scalable microservices, implement LangChain/LangGraph agents, establish MLOps and observability (Langfuse), mentor engineering teams, define SLAs/SLOs, and collaborate with product and SRE to deliver reliable, production-grade AI solutions.
