Own month-, quarter-, and year-end financial close activities, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reviews, financial reporting, and controllership. Ensure compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP, maintain financial controls, support audits and statutory reporting, partner with global Finance teams, and improve accounting processes and automation. The role may also support US Tax activities.

Manage contract data migrations from discovery through upload and quality control. Locate contract files, identify metadata, extract and structure mandatory details, establish parent-child document relationships, upload data into systems, perform pre- and post-upload checks, conduct client User Acceptance Testing, and troubleshoot migration issues. The role requires contract review experience, CLM software familiarity, strong communication, problem-solving, and direct client support.

Build and manage Execo’s global procurement function, including policies, approval workflows, vendor records, sourcing, IT and office purchasing, cross-border imports, lease negotiations, contract management, asset tracking, spend controls, reporting, and audit-ready documentation. The role requires managing procurement across multiple countries, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating with Finance, Legal, and People teams from Metro Manila.
