Lead a distributed team, maintain 24/7 support coverage, automate HR and IT processes, drive cost savings, and report service, risk, compliance, and spend metrics to the COO.

Lead and manage end-to-end contract data migration projects: discover and locate contract files and metadata, extract and structure mandatory data, perform uploads, run quality checks and UAT with clients, and track and resolve migration issues.
