Manage contract data migrations from discovery through upload and quality control. Locate contract files, identify metadata, extract and structure mandatory details, establish parent-child document relationships, upload data into systems, perform pre- and post-upload checks, conduct client User Acceptance Testing, and troubleshoot migration issues. The role requires contract review experience, CLM software familiarity, strong communication, problem-solving, and direct client support.

Own company-wide security and IT across seven countries, including SOC 2 Type II, penetration testing, incident response, identity and access management, AI governance, policies, phishing programs, service desk operations, asset lifecycle, subscription costs, continuity planning, and client security audits. Lead a distributed team, maintain 24/7 support coverage, automate HR and IT processes, drive cost savings, and report service, risk, compliance, and spend metrics to the COO.

Manage internal revenue operations, pre-sales contract and deal desk processes, and light HubSpot administration. Administer Salesforce for client-facing projects, bridge HubSpot and Salesforce data, and support infrastructure project management and compliance certification efforts such as SOC 2 and ISO. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, proactive execution, and the ability to manage shifting priorities across systems and departments.
