Leads global SAP S/4HANA Account-to-Report deployments across markets and business units. Oversees program governance, template adherence, testing, data migration, reconciliation, business readiness, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization. Coordinates global process owners, finance teams, IT, and implementation partners while managing risks, defects, controls, communications, KPIs, and continuous improvement for General Ledger, asset accounting, intercompany, financial close, group reporting, and compliance.

Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, transaction review and approval, training, process improvement, project participation, audit support, and ensuring accounting complies with GAAP and global policies. Lead issue resolution, root-cause actions, and contribute to R2R tower management and stabilization of migrated entities.

Leads digital enablement and automation across Global ICS by identifying manual processes, defining business requirements, managing automation backlogs, and coordinating with Automation and IT teams. Supports Workiva enhancements and integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Anaplan; documents current and target processes; validates solutions through testing; tracks benefits; and supports ICS operations, reporting, GRC, and tool maintenance.
