Build Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components; create automations, campaigns, customer journeys, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Manage data migration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and system performance while translating business requirements into scalable solutions and collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Lead Salesforce delivery and implementation projects from estimation and planning through design, build, testing, transition, and support. Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, resources, suppliers, statements of work, billing, and service-level commitments. Oversee global 24x7 support operations, operational reporting, incident management, and process improvements while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Designs, configures, and delivers Oracle Agile PLM and PLM Cloud solutions for manufacturing and supply chain clients. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, prototypes, testing, data migration, environment configuration, CEMLI design, user training, acceptance workshops, and Oracle Support coordination. The role also leads client and stakeholder engagements, ensures solution quality, and helps develop the Oracle PLM practice and team.
