The role is remote and offers mentorship while increasing technical ownership.

Owner of FP&A deliverables: build and run rolling forecasts and EBITDA bridges, produce business-line reporting and investor packages, maintain Pigment models and Power BI dashboards, manage month-end close checklist and accruals, and deliver precise, investor-grade outputs reviewed by CFO and PE sponsors.

Maintain and support Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Time and Absence, and Recruiting modules. Manage enhancements, bug fixes, configurations, reports, interfaces, security roles, quarterly release testing, incident resolution, documentation, user training, and stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with Oracle support and implementation partners while helping develop a roadmap for process improvements and platform enhancements.
