Own and maintain production-controlled engineering documentation and ERP master data for heavy-gauge thermoforming. Manage SolidWorks/EPDM releases, NetSuite item masters/BOMs/routings, and ECR/ECO workflows. Support daily production cadence to prevent documentation-driven downtime, coordinate cross-functional production readiness, and ensure ISO 9001:2015 traceability and change control compliance.

Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing, create and maintain test cases and plans, run regression/functional/exploratory tests, validate UI/UX and edge cases, log and track defects, collaborate with Product and Engineering, build basic test automation, and use AI tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Lead web analytics and conversion optimization by implementing and validating GA4/GTM tracking, monitoring KPIs and funnels, running A/B tests, building dashboards, and delivering data-driven recommendations to Marketing, Product, and Development teams to improve UX and conversion rates.
