Ensure regulatory compliance (FMVSS, ECE), create DFMEA, DVP, BOMs and manufacturing drawings, support RFQ/costing, coordinate feasibility with plant and suppliers, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead market penetration and new-customer development for automotive seating products in India. Build and maintain customer relationships, identify untapped opportunities, analyze market trends, create business cases, manage receivables, represent the company at industry events, and support trade shows and technology days. Targets-driven role requiring business development and automotive domain understanding.

Lead and manage seat-structure product development teams to meet government and OEM standards, oversee design releases and engineering changes, ensure schedule and budget adherence, liaise with customers and suppliers, document lessons learned, recruit and coach engineers, and maintain safety and quality processes.
