Design and develop complete automotive seating systems including sheet metal, foam, plastics, mechanisms and trim. Ensure regulatory compliance (FMVSS, ECE), create DFMEA, DVP, BOMs and manufacturing drawings, support RFQ/costing, coordinate feasibility with plant and suppliers, and mentor junior engineers.

Build and maintain customer relationships, identify untapped opportunities, analyze market trends, create business cases, manage receivables, represent the company at industry events, and support trade shows and technology days.
