Owns Finance support for Kyriba, including application availability, incident and problem management, integrations, access governance, bank connectivity, releases, UAT, certificates, and service controls. Coordinates internal technology teams, Finance, Treasury, vendors, and implementation partners to resolve issues, maintain operational resilience, support audits, and improve monitoring, automation, documentation, and user experience.

Leads the design, delivery, governance, and optimization of Azure infrastructure and platform solutions. Establishes Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, DevOps, GitOps, Kubernetes, security, RBAC, and cloud cost-management practices. Collaborates with application, security, and operations teams, supports automation and scripting, guides Agile delivery, mentors engineers, and promotes cloud community practices. The role requires strong Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, containerization, governance, and enterprise platform expertise.

Provide BAU application support for Tagetik Consolidation and PPS SII tools used in Solvency II liquidity reporting. Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate resolution across technical teams and vendors, manage upgrades, assess packaged solutions, maintain documentation and operational procedures, and coordinate requirements through implementation while ensuring stakeholder communication and service restoration.
