Support senior leadership by managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, communications, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, documentation, and cross-departmental follow-ups. Handle confidential information professionally while prioritizing multiple tasks independently. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and administrative experience. Familiarity with project management tools and experience supporting senior leaders are preferred.

Lead the development, coordination, and management of multidisciplinary MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks. Oversee clash detection, construction documentation, shop drawings, schedules, model audits, QA/QC, and compliance with US/UK standards. Improve BIM workflows through Dynamo automation, mentor junior engineers, participate in design reviews and client meetings, and resolve RFIs with technical solutions throughout project delivery.

Produces detailed electrical BIM drawings and models for US commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include conduit coordination, lighting and equipment placement, electrical family creation, point-cloud work, conceptual and working drawings, Revit project setup, Navisworks coordination, BIM 360 documentation, and Dynamo programming. The role also supports space planning, project handoff, and team collaboration, and requires working from the office.
