This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of US/UK codes and practices.
- BIM Leadership & Model Management
- Lead the creation and management of detailed 3D BIM models for all MEP systems using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Level of Development (LOD) standards, and project requirements.
