Produces detailed electrical BIM drawings and models for US commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include conduit coordination, lighting and equipment placement, electrical family creation, point-cloud work, conceptual and working drawings, Revit project setup, Navisworks coordination, BIM 360 documentation, and Dynamo programming. The role also supports space planning, project handoff, and team collaboration, and requires working from the office.

Lead electrical BIM delivery for US projects, including construction drawings, conduit and lighting models, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, Revit and Navisworks setup, QA/QC, code compliance, Dynamo automation, documentation, client coordination, and team mentorship. Oversee BIM deliverables from pre-construction through handover while maintaining project standards, constructibility, and schedule adherence.

Generate and qualify outbound B2B prospects, conduct 50–80 personalized calls daily, run discovery conversations, position technical services, manage multi-touch outreach, submit proposals, and close pilot engagements. Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with company leadership on account strategy and market feedback. The role targets decision-makers at general contractors and subcontractors, ideally within the AEC, BIM, or VDC services sectors.
