Design, develop, deploy, and optimize production-grade generative AI and machine learning solutions on Azure. Build RAG, GraphRAG, vector search, knowledge graph, multi-agent, LLM evaluation, image generation, and computer vision systems. Own architecture, engineering, deployment, monitoring, MLOps, CI/CD, and lifecycle management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.

Provides L2/L3 support for enterprise applications, devices, cloud services, networks, identity platforms, integrations, and AI tools. Manages IAM, SaaS administration, endpoint platforms, incidents, changes, security controls, compliance activities, and root-cause remediation. Creates technical documentation, supports audits, collaborates with global teams and vendors, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires strong troubleshooting, networking, cloud, scripting, ITIL, security, and enterprise application expertise.

Develop and maintain ASP.NET/MVC applications using C#, Razor and Entity Framework; implement client-side features with JavaScript/AJAX/HTML; write SQL queries; work with WebApi/WCF and SOA; use TFS and unit testing frameworks; optionally work with WinForms/WPF and Azure. Lead and manage a team, applying strong problem-solving and communication skills.
