The role requires hands-on social media experience, strong visual judgment, concise writing, practical use of AI tools, and awareness of current online trends.

Produce high-volume short-form video for Instagram and YouTube, from concept and storyboards to generation and final edit. Apply strong editing craft (pacing, motion, sound design), use AI creative tools fluently, publish independently, and optimize content for trends and retention.

Work across growth, funnel analytics, user research, product QA, competitive market analysis, and ad hoc operational tasks. Own outbound/paid campaigns end-to-end, identify funnel drop-offs, run user interviews, test product releases, and drive fixes and launches.
