PatientPoint Employee Perspectives

Being recognized among companies that pay well is incredibly meaningful to us at PatientPoint because we view compensation as a core part of the employee experience — not just a line item.

In our recent MM+M Best Places to Work survey, our team rated us strongly in the areas that matter most when it comes to pay and financial well-being: Salary (4.4), Health Benefits (4.4), 401(k) (4.2), Performance-Related Bonuses (4.6), Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave (4.5), Paid vacation was rated even higher at 4.9, reinforcing that total rewards go beyond base compensation.

Those scores reflect intentional work. We are committed to competitive base pay, meaningful incentive opportunities — particularly for our sales organization — and a 401(k) program that includes a 3 percent safe harbor contribution from the company, regardless of whether employees contribute themselves. That consistency matters.

Compensation is deeply personal. It affects how secure someone feels, how they plan for their future, and how they show up at work each day. Our goal is to ensure our teammates feel valued, fairly rewarded, and positioned to thrive — both professionally and personally.

Being included in this list affirms that our employees recognize and appreciate that commitment, and that’s something we’re truly proud of.

One of the things I value most about working at PatientPoint is the strong work-life balance. The generous PTO and summer hours make it easy to recharge and spend meaningful time with family and friends. I also really appreciate Community Day and the opportunity to give back. It reflects the company’s genuine commitment to making a difference beyond the workplace. Overall, the benefits here truly support both personal well-being and professional growth.
